PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Created baseline model to conduct the preliminary thermal analysis and investigate design concepts of the camera to identify thermal problems and opportunities for improvement with its key components. Further the baseline model was modified to a full Icepak model to analyze and optimize the component placement from thermal perspective, package thermal specification, thermal interface material, thermal insulating material, thermal conducting material, heat spreaders, heat sinks, etc.
