PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Expert Thermal performed the structural analysis on the cockpit structure and optimized the design from several options. Options were considered to simplify the manufacturability and fabrication of the part and also to reduce the stress levels in the structure. Expert Thermal provided critical guidance to the design team to optimize the product enhancing its reliability, reducing its weight and cost.
